CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to section 1601 (SAA #5-114-00) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Santa Barbara County Flood Control. The applicant proposes to construct a debris basin, remove debris, restore slopes, replace or repair side drains/outlets, modify existing rock rip-rap, install grade structures and plant riparian vegetation along bank.
