Document Description
Over the past 20 years, the oil production has been decreasing at a rate of 3% per year. The main reason for this decrease is due to the reduction of pressure in the oil layers that resulted from over 50 years of past production. The City desires to run a pressure maintenance test to determine if injecting water back into the oil fields will increase productiion and maximize City revenue.
