Document Description
The project will facilitate the more efficient diversion and conveyance of storm water flows that presently are not diverted since the existing structure does not operate efficiently. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the diversion of additional volumes of stormwater into the Turner Recharge Basin #1 for the purpose of recharging the over-drafted Chino Groundwater Basin. All water users within the Chino Groundwater Basin will benefit from this project.
