Document Description
This project, to be carried out by the staff of Our City Forest in partnership with the City of San Jose, involves the planting of 500 trees on various city streets and public school sites. It is anticipated that this project will commence in April of 2001 and be completed by March 2003. Trees will be non-native ornamentals that have been selected for their disease resistance, adaptation to the urban landscape, shade capacity, and minimal litter production.
