Document Description
This project, to be carried out by the San Francisco Friend of the Urban Forest in partnership with the City of San Francisco, involves the planting of 680 trees on various city streets. It is anticipated tha this project will commence in April of 2001 and be completed by March 2003. Trees will be non-native ornamentals that have been selected for their disease resistance, adaptation to the urban landscape, shade capacity, and minimal litter production.
