Notice of Exemption

Exempt Status
Categorical Exemption
Type, Section or Code
15302, Class 2 & 60101(b)(2)
Reasons for Exemption
The tank and piping will be rebuilt in the exact same location as existing facilities. A single new well will be drilled, which requires ministerial action, since the existing wells are near their life expectancy and appear to be the source of contamination. There will be no expansion of the service area as a result of this project.
