Document Description
The proposed project would involve the construction of a CDF standard 2-bay apparatus building, flammable storage building, crew parking, wash slab and hose wash rack, ground water well, water tank (20,000 gallons), liquid propane tank (1,500 gallons), buldozer parking area, and utilities landscaping. The proposed project would also involve the acquisition of the 4.45 acre site. The existing apparatus building would be demolished and removed from the site. The apparatus building which was built in 1960 has severe limitations, limited height and lengths. It is not eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places.
