* RE-5 MX/12.1 +/- acres/ Open Space/ 3.0 +/- acres Ordinance for Development Agreement 99DA-04 to allow the following:
* Access to the site to exceed the maximum cul-de-sac length.
* Creation of private roads by means other than as required.
* To serve the street parcels proposed by Tentative Parcel Map 99T-43.
* The replacement of security gates as the entrances to the real property.
* Tentative Parcel Map 99T-43 to divide the 15.1 +/- acre site into three parcels of at least 5.0+/- acres each.
