The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Williams Company, LLC. The applicant proposes to construct Phase One of the South Shore Ranch Subdivision, which includes installation of 30 permanent culvert crossings for project roads, 43 temporary crossings for installation of water/sewer lines, three ponds in the golf course, and placing 929 linear feet of intermittent stream in a culvert.
