The Redwood Shores Bayfront Specific Plan (the "Plan") has been prepared to provide the City of Redwood City, the owners of the property within the Plan area, and the Redwood Shores community a blueprint for the orderly transition of three adjoining land parcels totaling approximately 70 acres at the easterly tip of Redwood Shores from their current underdeveloped state of full development, as proposed by the three owners of the parcels.
