Revised Solid Waste Facility Permit to move and expand the compost facility, within the boundary of Newby Island Sanitary Landfill (SWFP No. 43-AN-0003), from 8.3-acres to approximately 18-acres, increase permitted hours from 6 am through 5 pm to 4 am through 8 pm, closed Sunday, increase peak tonnage from 210 tons per day to 660 tons per day and 980 tons per day, with LEA approval and a change in traffic volume from 50 vehicles per day to specify that vehicle traffic is a subset of the traffic regulated by the Recyclery's solid Waste Facility Permit (SWFP No. 43-AN-0014).
