Document Description
Special Use Permit for the relocation and expansion of a 10 acre composting operation at an existing landfill facility on a 18 gross acre site in the R-M Multi Residence Zoning District. The expansion and relocation will increase the distance from adjacent properties and expand the relocated composting operation from 10 acres to 18 acres. The project will change the feedstock from yard waste to mixed waste. Composting capacity will be increased from 210 to 515 tons/day and operation hours will be increased.
