Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), In cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration, and the Plumas County Transportation Commission, proposes to rehabilitate State Route 70 from Purdy Lane to Clough Street. The project includes new pavement; widening to provide eight foot wide roadway shoulders, including Spanish Creek Bridge; various types of improvements to sidewalks, curb, gutter, and bicycle lanes; construction of new sidewalk on the north side of the highway between Quincy Junction Road and Fairgrounds road; rehabilitation of drainage facilities throughout the project limits; signalization of the Mill Street intersection; and various improvements to lighting, signage and landscaping within the Quincy business district.
