The repairs to the bridge include the following: 1) Replace decaying posts; 2) Repair split posts; 3) Replace damaged 2x8 timber cross bracing; 4) Repair deck spalls and cracks; 5) Repair Pier 11 pedestal cracks; 6) Clean debris in channel at Piers 4, 5, and 6; 7) Install rip-rap at piers 4, 5, 6, and 7 and abutements 1 and 18; 8) Construct elevated sidewalks (north and south sides); 9) Stripe for bike lanes; and 10) Install bridge lighting.
