Document Description
The applicants request approval for a Use Permit to construct and operate an unstaffed cellular transmission site with facilities to include a 90-foot high monopole antenna support structure supporting two sectors of non-reflective panel antennas (each panel 56 inches high x 8 inches wide x 2.75 inches deep) and two microwave dishes (each 4 feet in diameter). The project also includes construction of an equipment shelter (8 feet wide x 14 feet long x 10 feet high). All these facilities would be within a 50-foot x 50-foot (2,500 square foot) fenced area within a 280-acre parcel. The project also includes minor grading in localized areas to construct a 500-foot extension of the private driveway to provide access to the project site. The proposed personal communications system (PCS) uses digital technology.
