Document Description
Project consists of 16,650 feet of 12-to 42-inch diameter collection sewer on Alvarado and Fremont Boulevards between the Alvarado Wastewater Treatment Plant and Decoto Road in the cities of Union City and Fremont. The Project will be constructed in two phases using a combination of microtunneling and open- cut excavation.
