Document Description
The Patterson Joint Unified School District proposes to acquire a 4,950 sf commercial building on a 2.4 acre parcel of real property (project) from Keystone Pacific Business Park, LLC (Property Owner). Property owner is constructing the project consistent with approvals by the lead agency for West Patterson Business Park Master Development Plan, Keystone Business Park, and Patterson Gardens Project (West Patterson Projects). The project consists solely of the acquisition of a commercial building from the Property owner. The project is consistent with the project considered within the Final EIR by the City of Patterson. Based on the District's analysis, and in accordance with Public Resources Code Section 21166 and Section 15162 of the State CEQA Guidelines, no new or supplemental EIR shall be prepared for the project.
