Document Description
The proposed project includes light industrial, business park, commercial, and residential uses. Development would occur on two separate but adjacent sites west of downtown Patterson. The West Patterson Business Park Master Development Plan, the light industrial and business park component of the project, would be developed on an 820 acre site located outside of but contiguous to Patterson's western city boundary, and east of I-5. The Keystone Pacific Business Parkis the first development application for 224-acres in the Business Park Plan. The Patterson Gardens Planned Development, the project's residential and commercial component, would be annexed to the City of Patterson.
