Application 30664 seeks to appropriate water for impoundment in two instream reservoirs, at Point of Diversion (POD) 1 and at POD 3, with capacities of 237 acre-feet (AF) and 49 AF, respectively, in Napa County. These PODs are in the Gordon Valley portion of the Suisun watershed immediately upstream of Lake Curry. Both reservoirs will serve the same Place of Use (POU), a proposed 153-acre vineyard. Uses will include vineyard irrigation, frost protection and heat control, stock watering, and incidental recreation. Both reservoirs will be formed by construction of earth embankment dams.
