Request for modification of Use Permit #U-438889 to allow an increase of the daily maximum capacity throughput from 300 to 600 tons/day; to allow changes in the location of gas monitoring probes as deemed necessary by future revised Gas Monitoring Plan, approved by the LEA; and to accept de-watered, non-hazardous sludge with less than 50% liquid, revising the condition limiting acceptance from only Calistoga Wastewater Treatment Plant. The landfill is located on 43 acres of a total 112-acre parcel, 2000 feet north of Silverado Trail, approximately 1 mile east of Dunaweal Lane (APN:20-120-17, 18, & 18-050-026) in the AW (Agricultural Watershed) zoning district, and the AWOS (Agriculture, Watershed and Open Space) General Plan Land Use Area.
