Document Description
The Susanville Consolidated Sanitary District (SCSD) is proposing an expansion of its wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) from an annual average daily flow of 1.2 million gallons per day (MGD) to 2.0 MGD peak month with a hydraulic capacity of 4.0 MGD (Kennedy/Jenks, 2000). Replacement of an existing outfall pipeline with an open ditch, within the original pipeline alignment, is also proposed.
