Document Description
The proposed project involves the clearing and grading of a 3-acre parcel of the Tuolumne Rancheria trust land. The proposed site will be graded in preparation for future uses, and the finished floor elevation will be set to provide positive drainage away from any future buildings. A retaining wall will be constructed along the south right-of-way. The retaining wall will also be used to protect any proposed structure from storm flows within the roadway right-of-way.
