Document Description
The project is discharge of treated effluent from the Beale AFB domestic wastewater treatment and disposal system and from the groundwater treatment system to a land based discharge system, a 27-acre holding pond and an adjacent 40-acre irrigation parcel. The Regional Board is planning to adopt Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) that would regulate the proposed discharge.
