There are two unlined sumps operated by David S. Hartley on the Elliot-Glide Lease. Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) have been prepared to regulate the discharge of oil field produced water to the sumps. The WDRs will prohibit the discharge of produced water to unlined sumps in accordance with a specified time schedule.
