Document Description
The State of California Department of Fish and Game is entering into a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (No. 1600-2006-0177-R5) with Gate King Properties, LLC, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code. The Gate King Properties, LLC project is limited to the development of 183.9 acres of industrial/commercial use, including fire station, water tank, and helipad lots. In addition, the development includes approximately 19.1 acres of roads and 33.3 acres in easements. Approximately 330.5 acres is identified as open space, of which includes 46.8 acres of natural and graded slopes to be maintained by the Property Owners Association (POA). The project area contains 26.28 acres of streambed and a total of 2.61 acres of streambed will be impacted.
