Document Description
The proposed project is intended to support the housing requirements of employees who work at the Nepenthe restaurant, the Phoenix Shop and the Cafe' Kevah, which are located on the West Side of Highway 1 overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The project consists of the demolition of two existing employee housing units (Unit #6 is 301 square feet and Unit #9 is 216 square feet) and replacement with two new employee housing units (Unit #6 is proposed to be 1,110 square feet and Unit #9 is proposed to be 955 square feet) to be located in the same building area of these existing units. The property is located at Nepenthe in Big Sur, APN #420-171-025.
