The proposed project would entail the acquisition of property for the possible expansion of the Rosamond Community Services District's (RCSD) existing Wastewater Treatment Plant Site. The project includes an approximate 20-acre parcel that would provide an additional buffer to adjacent property. The acquisition will also allow for feasibility and planning studies for potential future District WWTP Facility expansion. At this time, the RCSD does not know all of the potential uses of the property, but will perform additional environmental review when a definitive course of action is known.
