Document Description
The proposed project includes three subdivisions: Mission Village North, Mission Village South, and Mission Estates, each with different project sponsors. The 127- acre Mission Village subdivision consists of 371 single-family residential lots, a 5.4-acre multi-family residential lot, a 12.6-acre commercial lot, and a 16.03-acre school/park lot. The 42.2-acre Mission Estates subdivision consists of 170 residential lots. The two projects together total approximately 169.8 acres. This initial study evaluates the environmental impacts associated with build-out of the project site, with the exception of the school site. Additional environmental review would take place at such a time when the school district proposes to acquire and develop the site. There are a couple of school sites identified in general vicinity of the project area on the general plan land use map.
