Document Description
The application consists of a Combined Development Permit consisting of: 1) a Coastal Development Permit for a 306 Square Foot addition to an existing 3,760 square foot two story single-family dwelling: construction of a 420 square foot basement, as required by Section 20.70.120.B.1; and approximately 500 cubic yards of grading; and 2) a Coastal Development Permit to allow development to be located within 750 feet of archaeological resources. The Coastal Implementation Plan requires a Coastal Development Permit when archaeological resources are identified within 750 Feet of the proposed development.
The total area of expansion equals 306 square feet. The facade of the residence will be changed to include stonework veneer and wood siding resulting in less emphasis on stucco.
