Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, University of California, Merced, represented by Robert Avalle. The applicant proposes to periodically remove sediment, emergent wetland vegetation, dead woody debris, and trim vegetation from two storm water storage reservoirs on the University campus.
