The Sierra Terraces Housing Project is on 85,000 gross square feet (68,000 assigned square feet) student housing facility on a 3.78-acre project site. The project consists of three two-story units with a total of 412 new beds (400 student beds and 12 non-revenue staff beds). The project would consist of two larger buildings for residences and one small building for a staff apartment and a small amount of office space.
