Document Description
The proposed project would amend the existing Central Redevelopment Project Area (256 acres) with a non-contiguous area of approximately 75 acres for a total Central Redevelopment Area of 331 acres. The amendment area is located in a commercial corridor along Live Oak Avenue and Las Tunas Drive, generally between El Monte Avenue and the Santa Anita Wash near Eighth Avenue.
