Document Description
The proposed project will consist of the development of two individual office buildings comprising a total of 87,457 gross square feet. Collectively, these structures will constitute Agoura Hills Corporate Pointe. Building one (proposed on the northern portion of the parcel) will be constructed ~103 feet above the existing Agoura Road elevation with the main structural element occupying 35 vertical feet in height. Building two (proposed on the southern portion of the parcel) will be constructed 100 feet above the existing Agoura Road Elevation with the main structural element occupying 35 vertical feet in height. The building elevations are significantly above grade but will be set back ~363 feet from Agoura Road.
