The project consists of a Combined Development Permit to include: a Coastal Administrative Permit for the demolition of an existing one-story single family dwelling, detached guesthouse, detached three-car garage; allow the construstion of an approiximately 5,300 sq. ft. two-story single family dwelling with an attached three-car garage, installation of a septic system, perimeter wrought iron fence with columns, tree removal and grading (approximately 670 cu. yds. cut and 10 cu. yds. fill); and retroactive Coastal Development Permits (Emergency Coastal Development Permits PLN980070, granted on February 6, 1998 and Emergency Coastal Development Permit PLN980368, granted on July 29, 1998) for the repair of a storm damaged drainage channel and stabilization/restoration of the coastal bluffs.
