The RTP will address the effects of planned growth and development on the existing and planned transportation system. The resultant analysis will document existing and future year (Year 2025) multimodal transportation system conditions. Modes to be studied include highways and arterials, public transit, nonmotorized systems, passenger and freight rail, and aviation.
