Document Description
The proposed project is a minor subdivision of a 24.10 acre parcel into 4 lots of 4.15, 4.4, and two of 8.0 acres gross. The project includes the dedication of open space easements over approximately 16 acres. Water will be supplied by the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. Sewer service will be provided by on-site septic systems. Access to the site will be from a private road off Calle de la Sierra.
