Document Description
Master planning for determining the facilities needed to provide 4,730 acre feet per year of non-potable water for irrigating approximately 1,500 acres within Capistrano Valley Water District's (CVWD) service area, and to provide 420 acre feet per year to the South Coast Water District's (SCWD) distribution system, and 2,802 acre feet per year to the Moulton Niguel Water District's distribution system. Both SCWD and MNWD have constructed or are permitting and constructing under separate master plans the distribution systems for the capacity they will receive from the reclaimed water treatment plant at the J.B. Latham WWTP in Dana Point (the water reclamation plant).
