The Friant Road Widening at Shepherd Avenue Project is one component of the Fresno 40 Project. On December 16, 2008 the Fresno City Council, as the Lead Agency, certified the Final Environment Impact Report for the Fresno 40 Project which serves as the appropriate environmental documentation for the Friant Road Widening at Shepherd Avenue Project.
