Document Description
The Fresno 40 Project proposes development of commercial retail, office, and multi-family residential uses in the project area. The Traffic Signal at Audubon Drive and Cole Avenue Project will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Audubon Drive and Cole Avenue including signals phasing to provide right-of-way to both pedestrians and vehicular traffic. The Traffic Signal at Audubon Drive and Cole Avenue Project is one component of the Fresno 40 Project. On December 16, 2008 the Fresno City Council, as the Lead Agency, certified Final Environmental Impact Report for the Fresno 40 Project which serves as the appropriate environmental documentation for the Traffic Signal at the Audubon Drive and Cole Avenue Project.
