The project would develop a maximum of 209,650 sf. of commercial retail uses, 278,200 sf. of office uses, and 24 residential units. Retail uses would be located in the western portion of the site and oriented towards N. Fresno St. and N. Friant Rd. Office uses would be located in the central and eastern portions of the project site, with four-story buildings adjacent to the retail uses and single-story buildings along e. Audubon Dr. The multi-family residential uses would be located near the E. Audubon Dr./E. Cole Ave. Intersection.
