DWR would acquire 15,000 acre-feet of groundwater stored in the Kern Water Bank from Westside Mutual Water Company, 55,000 acre-feet from Westside Mutual Water Company, Tejon Castaic Water District, and Dudley Ridge Water District, and 28,000 acre-feet of groundwater stored in the Kern Water Bank from Westside Mutual Water Company, Tejon Castaic Water District, and Dudley Ridge Water District. The water will be used for the CALFED Environmental Water Account for fishery protection.
