Document Description
Construction and operation of an elementary school (Grades K-5) for approximately 800 students and 69 faculty and staff. The proposed facilities will total approximately 55,000 square feet on approximately 14 acres of a 32 acre site. The project includes flood control improvements to mitigate flooding impacts on the project and North Broadway. These improvements include flood walls and a berm along North Broadway and the site access road, which will cross Reidy Creek on a series of box culverts.
