Document Description
The project consists of The West Side Irrigation District entering into a long-term renewal water service contract with the United States for Central Valley Project (CVP) water for the purpose of continuing delivery of CVP water within the boundaries of the district ("Project"). The original CVP water service contract was entered into on June 27, 1977. CVP water was first delivered through the district's water distribution system soon thereafter, and has continued under the long-term and prior interim contracts until the present.
