SJFD: Replace asphalt concrete at two pumping plants.
SFD: Recycle and seal coat existing sections of maintenance roads along the State Water Project. The repairs are needed to maintain the structural integrity of the roads and parking areas, to provide reliable access to selected major State Water Project facilities, and to promote reliable delivery of Project water.
