Reasons for Exemption
Project consists of the leasing of an existing, fully approved, office building for the purpose of consolidating several offices of a state agency into a single site. The project will require only minor tenant modifications to the interior; the use of the building by the State is consistent with the original approved permit for this building. The density of state employees will be similar to that of the previous tenant. The site has adequate parking and will be provided with improved public transit.
