Document Description
Project consists of repair and improvement of split-rail fence at the El Moro Picnic Area in Crystal Cove State Park. Repair will consist of replacement of old rotted posts with new posts. Replacement posts will be inserted into existing holes. Fifteen new posts will be added along the same alignment to enclose the picnic area. Holes for the new posts will be 4 inches in diameter and 18 inches deep. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
