Document Description
On September 8, 2000, the Sacramento County Superior Court entered judgments in three pending cases against the Solano County Water Agency. The judgments required the Agency to formally request the United States Bureau of Reclamation to file a petition with the State Water Resources Control Board to amend the water rights for the Solano Project in accordance with the judgment. The amendment would require increased releases from the reservoir into downstream Putah Creek for the benefit of fish and wildlife in the creek.
