The Operator proposes to alter the streambed by: A) Removing sediment and vegetation along a rock-lined channel; B) Building a sediment trap at the outflow of the box culvert under Interstate 5; C) Access route via the southbound Interstate 5 on-ramp at Calgrove Boulevard. The access ramp will be within the concrete lined portion of the channel.
