Execution of Streambed Alteration Agreement R2-592-00, pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code. Project applicant, Department of Transportation, will remove vegetation that is obstructing the streamflow under the State Route 4 bridge. Vegetation will be removed by hand, 15 feet upstream and 15 feet downstream of the edge of the bridge.
