Removal and replacement of oak and willow trees at a 1:3 ratio or lower. Three year monitoring of plantings and yearly monitoring reports to the Department. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Permit Number R3-2000-1343 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
